Dinner:  Grilled trout with Asparagus and garlic mashed potates
The food was just amazing!  Richard did the grilling that night and used very litttle spices. He specifically noted, "I don't want to mask the fresh taste of the Star Prairie Trout with it's light delicate flavor."
Greg (Owner's son) loves Star Prairie Trout and used it on the concept of "buy local, buy fresh".  He said since adding Star Prairie trout to the menu the trout demand has increaced by 30%.  In fact, they frequently expect to run out of trout! Thanks guys, for the fantastic meal and experience! We are so excited and PROUD that you would choose our trout on your menu and to spread the word (and taste!) of the "Buy Local, Buy Fresh" movement! We (and our tastebuds) absolutely adore you!
